Aftab
Aftab is our first scholarship student who caught our eye for his sheer determination to learn from his mentor Amit. All the financial struggles don’t stop him from fulfilling his dream to become a hairstylist. He persisted and gained experience by working at a salon, saving up money bit by bit. Investing that savings in hair equipment, he started his journey.
Being one of the breadwinners of the family, due to his father’s illness he continues to work hard and move forward in his ambition.

Jahnvi
Jahnvi, a hairdresser from Pune, had 8 years of experience working in a salon.
She was raised by a single mother and has supported her family since she was young. She found inspiration in Amit Thakur’s work and wanted to improve her skills.
Money was tight, but when ManeMasters offered a scholarship, she jumped at the chance. Getting the scholarship was a game-changer for her career.
Now, she works as Amit’s assistant and admires his skills and patience. She’s grateful for how things turned out.
Maria Fernandes
Maria is a single mother and has been providing for her kids alone for the last 14 years.
She has been in the hair styling industry for the last 20 years but was finding it difficult to refresh her skills due to a lack of funds. Mane Masters provided her with a full scholarship.
